Struggling with living independently in your accommodation?

If you live in Suffolk, there is a housing related floating support service that can visit you in your home and help you with:

  • Keeping and Managing your Accommodation
  • Developing Life Skills
  • Managing Money and Budgeting
  • Working and Training
  • Health and Well-being
  • Accessing Community and Social Networks

Use CARA to get in touch with a support agency who will help you to do these things for yourself. This type of support typically consists of up to 3 hours per week, is short term and reviewed every 13 weeks.

This service is free, independent and confidential.
